If you have received your items associated with the order concerned and find that it is damaged or faulty, please call us at 800-90-6263 (toll-free) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do this as soon as possible within 7 days of the receipt of the item. If you have problem with a product over 7 days after deliver,please contact Fujitsu Authorized Service Center from here.
